We follow a No Refund, Only Exchange policy. Please review the details below carefully:
Exchange Guidelines:
Exchange Window:
You can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery in case of size issues or if you’re not satisfied with your product.
Reverse Pickup or Self-Shipping:
Customers are encouraged to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier.
If you prefer, WOWVARIETY can arrange a reverse pickup for 200 (applicable only if you cannot ship yourself).
Condition of Returned Products:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, boxes, and packaging must be included.
Exchanges will not be accepted if tags or accessories are missing.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To ensure transparency, please record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from all angles before opening the package. This is mandatory for processing any exchange request.
Exchange Limits:
Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Customers can choose any product of their choice from WOWVARIETY’s collection.
How to Request an Exchange:
1. WhatsApp us at 6306344835 within 5 days of delivery.
2. Share your order details, reason for exchange, and unboxing video.
3. Ship the product back or request a paid reverse pickup.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange quickly.
Important Notes:
No Refunds – only exchanges or replacements are allowed.
No exchange is applicable for electronic items, discounted items, or products marked as non-returnable.
